Who we are
Healthpoint for General Dental EST. ("Healthpoint", "we") is a dental clinic licensed by the Dubai Health Authority at Office 603, 6th Floor, Al Bedaia Building, Al Barsha 1, Dubai. For any privacy question or request, WhatsApp or call us on +971 58 588 6915.
When you contact us
When you WhatsApp or call us, we keep your name, number, what you ask about and, if your message has one, the code showing how you found us (for example from an ad). We use this to answer you, book your visit and remind you about it. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Please do not send photos of your teeth, X-rays, insurance cards or medical documents on WhatsApp. Bring them to your visit instead. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Your patient record
Your dental record (examinations, X-rays, treatment notes and clinical photos) is confidential. UAE law (Federal Law No. 2 of 2019) requires us to keep it for at least 25 years after your last treatment. We share it only:
- with NABIDH, Dubai's shared health record system, as the Dubai Health Authority requires of every licensed clinic;
- with your insurer, when you ask us to support a claim (invoice, medical report, claim form);
- with the dental laboratory that makes your crown, denture or aligners, limited to what they need to make it;
- when the law or a court requires it.
We never use your record for advertising.
Paying with Tabby or Tamara
If you split a payment with Tabby or Tamara, you sign up and pay through them, and their privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
This website
The website has no forms or accounts. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you, or give you copies of your X-rays and records, free of charge;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your enquiry details or stop sending you reminders (your patient record itself has to be kept for the 25 years the law requires);
- explain how we have used your information.

Children
We treat children with the consent of a parent or guardian, who also makes any privacy request on their behalf.
Changes
If this changes, for example when we start using a new tool, we will update this page and the date at the top.
