Appointments and your visit

What are your opening hours?

We are open every day, 9 AM to 9 PM, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and our hours stay the same during Ramadan and Eid.

How do I book an appointment?

Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 58 588 6915. We will find a time that suits you.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome every day, 9 AM to 9 PM. To avoid a wait, message or call us first and we give you the earliest free time.

How long is a first visit, and what should I bring?

A first visit usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for the free consultation and exam, longer if treatment is done the same day. Bring your Emirates ID, your insurance card if you plan to claim, and any X-rays or treatment plans from a previous dentist.

Can I get a second opinion on a treatment plan?

Yes. The consultation is free, so bring the X-rays and the treatment plan or quote you were given, and our dentist will examine your teeth and tell you what they recommend and what it would cost here.

Can I have a copy of my X-rays and records?

Yes, free of charge. Ask reception for copies of your X-rays and a medical report of your treatment, which you can take to another dentist or send to your insurer.

Our dentists and your comfort

Are your dentists licensed by the Dubai Health Authority?

Yes. Healthpoint is a general dental clinic licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and every dentist who treats you holds a DHA licence.

Will I see a general dentist or a specialist?

It depends on the treatment. Our general dentists handle check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions; braces and clear aligners are planned by our orthodontist, Dr. Poojit; and implants are placed by our implantologist, Dr. Sara.

Does treatment hurt?

Most treatment is done under local anaesthetic, so you usually feel pressure or vibration rather than sharp pain. Soreness for a few days is common after extractions, root canals and implants, and each treatment page explains what to expect and how it is managed.

I am nervous about the dentist. What can you do?

Tell us when you book. Your first visit is a free consultation, and no treatment starts until the dentist has explained the plan and the price and you have agreed to it. You can stop and ask questions at any point.
